National Reading Month Spotlight: Home Libraries that Inspire 1
As part of the National Reading Month celebrations, the PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya Kanjikode Library is proud to present a special series showcasing the personal home libraries of our students and staff.
🌟 Featured Home Library
Our first featured home library belongs to Adhvik Menon M (Class VII C) & Aashik Menon M (Class V D)
Their beautifully arranged collection includes more than 200 of their favourite books spanning children's contemporary fiction, humour, thrillers, mythology, and classic literature.. The well maintained collection clearly shows that reading has become an enjoyable family habit rather than just a school activity.
A dedicated reading corner at home encourages children to explore new ideas, develop creativity, improve vocabulary, and build the habit of reading every day. Adhvik and Aashik's library is a wonderful example of how a small collection of books can open the door to a world of knowledge and imagination.
We congratulate Adhvik and Aashik for nurturing such an inspiring reading culture at home and thank their parents for creating an environment where books are cherished.
We hope their collection motivates many more students to start building their own personal libraries, one book at a time.
📖 Happy Reading!
"A reader today, a leader tomorrow."
Stay tuned as we continue to feature more inspiring home libraries of our students and staff throughout National Reading Month. Send us the photos of your home library to be featured here.
