Readers' Club Inauguration and Author Meet with Sreekala Menon

Award-winning writer Mrs. Sreekala Menon interacted with the members of the Readers’ & Quiz Club today in the library. She inspired the students to express themselves through creative writing and encouraged them to observe society closely and use their imagination to create meaningful literary works. Responding to a question from one of the members, she emphasized the importance of keen observation and creativity in writing.

Mrs. Menon also recited some of her own poems and motivated the students to share the poems they have written. She also donated copies of her books to the school library.

On this occasion, club members who have shown dedication and commitment were honoured with the Readers’ Club Excellence Award, while other active participants received special appreciation for their enthusiastic involvement.

Prizes were also distributed to the winners of various competitions held during the academic session.

Nehara Praveena Krishna, former President of the Readers’ Club, delivered the vote of thanks.
