Teacher Talks - Introducing Books and Authors

Library is organising Teacher Talks on Books and Authors in connection with National Library Week Celebrations.

The inaugural Teacher Talk was done by Mrs. Usha Malayappan, PGT Economics, a voracious reader and a strong supporter of the library. Mrs. Usha Malayappan is an active member of Library Committee and plays a prominent role in developing the reading culture at KV Kanjikode.

Mrs. Usha Malayappan introduced the internationally renowned author of horror, supernatural fiction, suspense, and fantasy novels in the morning assembly on 15 November 2019. She introduced two books The Stand and Outsider and also discussed other books by Stephen King.

The talk was a great success as the library was immediately visited by the students demanding for the books by Stephen King. 

The books will be available soon in the library.
