Vigilance Awareness Week- Sensitization Programme
In connection with the Vigilance Awareness Week observed at Kendriya Vidyalaya Kanjikode, a talk on the need to practise ‘Integrity as a way of life’ was given by Shri. Mathew Raj Kallikadan, Hon. DYSP Vigilance and Anti corruption Bureau ,Thrissur and in-charge Palakkad to the students of classes IX and XI on 2/11/19.
Shri Mathew Raj spoke to the students at length on the need to adopt anti corrupt practices as a way of life right from childhood to become citizens with integrity when they become adults. Obeying the rules and regulations laid down for students in school, keeping their need limited to the economic status of their families and maintaining one’s own individuality by not succumbing to peer pressure are some of the habits children can practise in their student life to foster integrity in themselves to lead to character formation that can be considered an ideal one.
The Principal –in – charge , Shri. Viswanathan. K was present on the occasion. Kum. Ananya Josephine. B. proposed the vote of thanks. The programme was organised by the Department of CCA , Kendriya Vidyalaya Kanjikode.
