    INDIAN OLYMPIAD QUALIFIER IN MATHEMATICS – IOQM 2026-27 - Registration

    This is to inform all concerned that Indian Olympiad Qualifier in Mathematics – IOQM 2026 Stage-1 of Mathematical Olympiad Programme, will be conducted by HBCSE-TIFR, Mumbai on behalf of NBHM, DAE.

    EXAMINATION DETAILS:

    Date of Exam: 6th September 2026, Sunday(10A.M to 1 P.M/)

    Duration: 3 Hours

    Paper Pattern:30 Objective Questions with 100 choices Answer for each question will be an integer from 0 to 99. No negative marking. Total Marks = 100

    Syllabus Number Theory, Algebra, Geometry, Combinatorics, Inequalities, Functional Equations. Based on NCERT Class VIII to XII + Olympiad level problem solving

    Eligibility:Students  studying in Class VIII to XII in session 2026-27

    Registration Fee for KV Students ₹180/- per student only, as per HBCSE circular for KVs/JNVs

    REQUIREMENTS & DOCUMENTS FOR REGISTRATION:

    All scanned documents must be clear and in jpg/jpeg/png format only.

    1. Registration Fee: ₹180/- cash with Class Teacher/Maths Teacher.

    2. Scanned Passport Size Photo: Recent photo with white background.

    3. School ID Card: Scanned copy of current session 2026-27 ID card.

    4. Proof of Date of Birth: Scanned copy of Aadhaar Card/Birth Certificate for DOB verification.

    5. Signature of Candidate: Scanned signature of student on white paper using black pen.

    LAST DATE OF SUBMISSION TO MATHEMATICS DEPARTMENT: 30/06/2026  

    HOW TO APPLY: 

    Interested students must submit the above documents + fee to the concerned Maths Teacher of your class or PGT Maths – IOQM Coordinator on or before 30-06-2026. School will verify and upload data on MO portal.

    IMPORTANT NOTES:  

    1. IOQM is the qualifying exam for RMO → INMO → IMO Training Camp → International Mathematical Olympiad: It tests logical reasoning & problem-solving, not routine NCERT problems.

    2. Admit card will be issued by school 1 week before the exam.

    3. School will provide previous year papers + 2 practice sessions in August 2026 for registered students.
