Outstanding Reader of the Year Award 2024 - Winners
The Principal, accompanied by the Chairman, VMC and distinguished guests, presented the awards to the three outstanding readers - Mast. Aman Rahman, VI A, Mast. Nishchal R, VI D and Ms. Joshna N, VIII D. Each recipient was rewarded with a collection of books worth Rs. 2250, generously provided by our alumnus.

The selection process for the award was meticulous, taking into account various criteria to identify the most deserving candidates:
Number of Books Read: Students were assessed based on the quantity of books they devoured throughout the academic year, reflecting their commitment to exploring diverse literary works. The diversity and range of books read by students were integral factors in determining the recipients of the Outstanding Reader of the Year Award.
Participation in Library Activities: Active involvement in library events, such as Readers' Club, literary discussions, and reading challenges, library tours etc. and the enthusiasm for engaging with literature beyond the classroom.
Book Reviews: Regular submission of book reviews and presentation of book talks in the morning assembly and in classroom.
Maintaining a Reading Diary: Documenting their reading experiences and reflections on library activities in well maintained Reading Diary.
Assisting the Librarian: Those who lent a helping hand in the upkeep of the library demonstrating a sense of responsibility and community spirit. Their passion to help other students in finding books.
Love for Books and Reading: Ultimately, the award sought to honor students who exuded a genuine passion for literature, inspiring their peers and enriching the school environment with their infectious love for reading.
