CBSE Heritage India Quiz 2025

 India’s cultural fabric is woven with countless traditions, festivals, and heritage treasures. To nurture awareness and appreciation of this rich legacy among young learners, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the Heritage India Quiz 2025.

This year, the quiz comes with a vibrant theme — “Heritage through Vibrant Festivals of India” — spotlighting the importance of India’s diverse festivals and traditional knowledge systems as living expressions of our cultural heritage.

A team will consist of three students from classes IX–XII, selected by the school.
The selection will be done in the month of September. Interested students may contact the librarian now.

 Quiz Stages

1. Stage 1 – Online Test (October 2025):

   • A 50-minute computer-based test with 60 multiple-choice questions.

   • Conducted in school IT labs.

   • No negative marking.

   • Top 6 teams from each cluster move forward.

2. Stage 2 – Cluster Round (November 2025):

   • Online round via video conferencing.

   • Cluster winners qualify for semi-finals in Delhi.

3. Stage 3 – Semi-Finals & National Final (December 2025, Delhi):

   • Winning teams from across clusters compete in Delhi.

   • Semi-finals divide teams into 4 groups, and winners face off in the Grand Finale.

Awards & Recognition

• Merit Certificates for all semi-finalists and finalists.

• Prizes include:

  • 🥇 1st Prize: ₹25,000 + Rolling Trophy

  • 🥈 2nd Prize: ₹15,000

  • 🥉 3rd Prize: ₹10,000

  • 🎖️ 4th Prize: ₹8,000

  • Semi-finalists also receive cash awards ranging from ₹3,000–₹6,000 per team.
