Bharat Ratna Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam's Statue Unveiled

The statue of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam built in the Bharat Ratna Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Garden developed under PM SHRI Scheme was unveiled by Mr. PK Vasisht, Chairman, VMC on 28 February 2024 on the occasion of the celebration of National Science Day.

The statue sponsored by our alumni Mr. Karthik Sreenivasan and Karate Trainers Mr. Rajesh. The statue was made by artists Mr. Pramod Palliyil and Mr. Joy Mala.

National Science Day programmes was inaugurated by the chairman by garlanding the portrait of Sir CV Raman. It was followed by cultural programme. The prizes to the winners of Live Science Quiz were given away by the chief guest.
