Shaastra Juniors - Junior Make-a-Thon! Register Now for Free Online Workshops

IIT Madras will be organising Shaastra Juniors, a three-day festival aimed at spreading Science and Tech amongst school students!

Shaastra Juniors presents - Junior Make-a-Thon!

Junior Make-a-Thon (JMT) is a one-of-a-kind event that revolves around the ideas, imagination, and innovation skills of school students and allows them to learn practical skills and apply them to create new models and devices. One of the primary aims of JMT is to promote a maker culture among school students, with quality mentorship and workshops.  Students are encouraged to come up with solutions to problems persisting in different fields like agriculture, sustainability, healthcare, robotics, and home comfort.

As part of Shaastra Juniors, there will be a series of events in schools all over India with the aim to increase awareness about maker culture, innovation and entrepreneurship. The workshops will be online.

The event is free and hence, no registration fees are required. It will be conducted over the course of next month and will not affect the school timings of students.
