    Love Poems of Taslima Nasreen is a selection of Nasreen's love poems from several books. She is renowned for her work as an activist for women's rights and against religion fundamentalism.
    Internationally known and widely travelled, Taslima Nasreen was born in Mymensingh, Bangladesh.
    Freedom at Midnight is a book by Larry Collins and Dominique Lapierre. It is about the time when the rule of the British had come to an end. 400 million people of India got their independence and Pakistan was newly created.
    The book describes the events during the Indian independence movement in 1947-48. It begins with the appointment of Lord Mountbatten of Burma as the last viceroy of British India, and ends with the death and funeral of Mahatma Gandhi.
